Welcome to Tri-Central Elementary School

Mr. Miller
Hello!  My name is Matthew Miller and I am the Principal at Tri-Central Elementary.  Thank you for taking the time to visit our school website.  Tri-Central is a Pre-K – 12 building and the elementary serves approximately 310 students in grades Pre-K – 5.  Tri-Central is a rural school located in Tipton County, Indiana.

I would welcome you to stop in and see us at any time!  We welcome the opportunity to speak with you and we welcome the opportunity to have your children enroll at Tri-Central Elementary.

Tri-Central Elementary staff has received professional development with the C.L.A.S.S. teaching philosophy.  One of our core beliefs is to Treat People Right and Do the Right Thing!  Our school staff works very hard to instill this belief each and every day.  We also believe that as good as we are, we know we can always get better.

If you have any questions I would invite you to contact us.

Matthew Miller

Wellness Policy
The Board recognizes that good nutrition and regular physical activity affect the health and well-being of the Corporation’s students. Furthermore, research suggests that there is a positive correlation between a student’s health and well-being and his/her ability to learn. Moreover, schools can play an important role in the developmental process by which students establish their health and nutrition habits by providing nutritious meals and snacks through the school’s meal programs, by supporting the development of good eating habits, and by promoting increased physical activity both in and out of school. To view the Wellness Policy, go to the Food Services tab.
